Privacy Policy
Auto Insurance Renewal Ledger is architected from the ground up as a client-side, local-first utility. When you select or paste declaration pages and bills, all text extraction, normalization, diff calculations, and report generation take place entirely inside your local browser instance. Your documents and policy data are never uploaded to any server.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or transmit your PDF files or pasted document text.
- We do not collect names, addresses, Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), or driver information.
- We do not collect policy numbers, premiums, or billing account details.
- We do not require account registration, passwords, or insurer portal credentials.
2. Local Browser Processing
File parsing is handled using WebAssembly/JavaScript (pdfjs-dist) loaded locally into your web browser. Temporary object URLs and in-memory data structures are discarded immediately when you reset the session or close the browser tab.
3. Analytics & Advertising
We may use privacy-preserving aggregate server logs (such as page request counts) to monitor site availability. Google AdSense advertisements are served strictly on educational learning guides. No document content or extracted policy data is ever shared with advertisers or third parties.
